I think I had been wearing makeup for approximately 6 years before I ever realised that you can use makeup to enhance your brows! I'm sure I'm not the only one though, as a blonde I think the concept of "drawing on your eye brows" sounds scary and unflattering. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to enhance and tame your brows, you simply must get your hands on the Australis Tint my Brow.
Is it just me, or are there a very limited number of tinted brow products available in lower end brands? Scanning the shelves of Priceline, Australia Tint my Brow was the only one I could find. I was actually about to fork out for the Benefit when I heard that this product was being released. Anyway, this tinted brow gel comes in a squeezy tube with a mascara type wand used to apply the product. I find I do have to scrape a little excess product off before taking this brush straight to my brows but overall the application process is easy. The product has a creamy texture but sets down quickly to a matte, slightly tacky finish. Once it's in my brows, it last absolutely all day, and there isn't any fading or flaking that I have noticed. Ironically, one of the first days I wore this product, one of my friends asked if I had tinted my eye brows.

Tint my Brow comes in three shades, Blonde, Light Brown and Dark Brown. Retailing for $9.95, this product is a bargain and an absolute gem. I love it.
What products do you use on your brows?
Mishelle
That looks comparable to the benefit one I'm using - gimme brow!
ReplyDeleteGimme Brow was what I was going to try until I heard about this!
DeleteYour brows look good girl!
ReplyDeleteYour brows looks great! I don't tend to do anything to my brows, I'm not sure if it's out of laziness or because I already have thick browns :/
ReplyDeleteI always use the Sleek Brow Kit but I would love to use something like this as it is more of a creamy texture :)

Hmmm that looks lovely! I've been very content with the Essence clear lash and brow gel but now I'm thinking I might need to give this a try! Thanks for the review x
ReplyDeleteIt looks really natural! I've been told I need to fix up my brows but I honestly suck at it so I might try this one out.
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I'm going to try and pick this up next time i'm at the shops
ReplyDeleteI love this, it looks so naturally! Thanks for reviewing this Mishelle, I've had my eye for a while but wasn't too sure about it! xx
ReplyDeleteOh this one looks so good and natural! your eyes are so blue,Mishelle, beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteI use matte eyeshadow to fill my brow then set it with brow gel from Alvede, a local drugstore brand here. ^^
Just bought Benefit's Gimme Brow, $12 with a voucher! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like it works really well to give you a bit more definition and shape and a fuller brow look while still remaining natural! Good to know there's an affordable option out there from a local brand too :)
ReplyDeleteThis looks really good! I should try it..

Looks really natural and defined. I struggle to find ashy brow products, everything seems to have red in it!
ReplyDeleteLooks very good on you! It definitely works with your dark blonde brows but I'd think it might be too dark for ladies with very blond white brows! I use a revlon matte shadow in dark brown for my brows! Been gifted a product like this recently but I haven't used it yet!
ReplyDeleteLooks great on you! My brows are so thick that if I apply any product in them they look like hairy caterpillars haha!
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with this product. It's so fussy free and quick to use.
ReplyDeleteI like the packaging. I agree, there are barely any drugstore brow products. xx
ReplyDeleteI've heard quite a bit about this and yes I'm pretty sure this might be the only tinted brow product on the Australian lower end market! I don't think there would be any shade that would suit my hair colour though. Hopefully more brands bring out similar products!
