Wanderlust

Travelling is truly one of life's greatest pleasures. When I was 10 years old my parents traveled Australia in a caravan for just over a year and I had the time of my life. It was the best childhood experience I could have possibly ask for, and I must admit that it instilled a great amount of wanderlust in my bones. This is a bag I packed for a week away up north.

  1. I am catching a plane on Monday to south east Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia) for three weeks :) Everyone has told me to pack light as it is too hot to wear much makeup. My travel makeup back will look tiny compared to yours haha.

I have had my eye on the Nars illuminators to use it as a sheer blush. What do you think of the orgasm one?

P.s. I am loving your bright lip choices :D

    1. Oh wow that is so so exciting! I can imagine how warm it will be, when I went to indonesia a few years ago it was so humid that I gave up straightening my hair on the third day there haha!

I think that it is a great product, I myself use it as a sheer blush and a highlighter in one. I have a tendency to mostly use it in the summer time though. I am planning on writing a full review of this once I get the orgasm blush to compare them, but would it be helpful if I posted a face of the day so that you can see the effect? Let me know lovely!

    3. Have an awesome trip Jasmine! :)

Maybe think of using a setting spray to help with the heat/humidity?

I went to Melbourne in August this year and took no makeup at all. I was sick and looked dreadful anyway :P

  8. I love your picks.

I need to try those Australis cream blushes!

I've got a big version of the Primed and Poreless. I didn't mind it but I prefer other items. I've got a tube that's like 60% used going unloved. What are your thoughts on it?

    1. It's an okay primer so far. The main reason I took it was due to it being a sample and easy to pack. It doesn't work on the really hot days we are currently getting in WA, but I haven't really found a primer that really does work in these conditions. :/

  10. That sounds like an amazing experience when you were 10! I really want to travel more, I have barely been anywhere but at least I went to New York this year :) Lovely travel picks too - I love the mix of high and lower end products. That Rimmel blush has no business being as good as it is!

I love everything you got! I can't wait to read some reviews :D
My next holiday destination is Thailand! Woohoo!
