A Pre-Christmas Haul

So as some of you may know I recently got a new job. The funny thing about having a job is that you receive funds in exchange for your time and effort. Amazing! Okay I'll turn the sarcasm off but in another news, I have been an unemployed student for a year so it's been nice to treat myself a little now that I am working again. Here is what I received today in the old PO Box.

I have been wanting to try this famed cream bronzer by Chanel for a very long time so I finally got it!

This is the Highlighting blush from Lancome's latest collection

I have been wanting to try out Mac's Strobe Cream for ages and I saw that they sold a 30ml tube for $15 (US Site) so I snapped that up. The blush is Supercontinental from the Style Seeker Collection

Some free samples from Nordstrom, Armani Foundation and Angel Perfume

I was interested in this Edward Bess Palette after I received one of their Compact Rouges

I only picked up one thing from BeautyBay's Black Friday sale, this Stila Convertible Colour

The one palette I knew I needed from this year's Christmas releases was the Star Treatment Palette from bareMinerals. It was out of stock at BeautyBay so I got it from Kit Cosmetics

So that's everything I have treated myself to in the past few weeks. I would love to know if you have any of these and if so what do you think of them.

EDIT: I also got a Mac Lipstick in Lustering, I forgot to include it in the pictures, sorry!

  8. I love your haul! I didn't shop for a few weeks and I kept complaining to my boyfriend that it wasn't fun to visit his house anymore as there weren't any packages waiting for me (I send them to his house as there's normally no one home at mine during the day).

Did you use PriceUSA for your order? I've been calculating in my head how much money you've saved :P

    1. Hahahaha I can only imagine how he reacted to that ;P I did use PriceUSA, let me just work it out quickly. Lancome Highlighter was $75 in AUS, $42 in US, Chanel was $67 in AUS, $48 in US, Mac Blush was $41 in AUS, $20 in US so already that's over $70 saved, in total I must have saved over $100...

    2. That's totally worth waiting 2-3 weeks for your order!

He thinks I shop too much so no packages are a good sign :P He did glare at me a little though when I said it though... lol :P

I am sooo agree that if you have a job, even though it might be tiring or stressful, you get something in return ( read : salary . lol ), total opposite of university, right? you give so much effort, learn learn and learn but still sometimes fail to pass the exams T__T
Anyway! good luck with the new job and I wish you a nice Monday :)

    1. Yep pretty much! I hated university this year, it was such a sucky course. I have re-enrolled in a different course to start in March so I am hoping that will work out better for me!
